Most of the shots given are booster shots. Two MMR shots?
Varicella needs to be taken twice at 1 month intervals, however most doctors sign and seal the package when you take the first varicella shot and then ask you to come back one month later and take the 2nd shot, if not, you can insist the doctor to do so.
Needed shots are MMR, TD and Varicella, all others are Age unappropriate for us(atleast the applicants and spouses).

The extremely contrasty background doesn't help, and the blown highlights on the dog's nose are also distracting. I'm not sure how much it would help, but you might try using fill flash (that still won't solve the background issue). Shooting on a day that's not overcast might help bring the sky into range.

Whatever you call it, you are really always applying for a new EAD. There is no such thing as renewing an existing EAD. The I-765 form that you complete will ask about any prior EADs that you had. If you do not have details, please put as close to the facts as possible. If you still have a CIS receipt number, definitely include that so CIS can look up the details.

My details:
India/EB3/PD:Sep2003/I140 Approved.
I485/EAD/AP: Recevied July 28
I completed FP appointment last week (Wednesday), but LUD has not changed since then.
Also EAD status changed twice (before undergoing FP) it said Card Production Ordered. Today it changed to Approval Notice sent.
Questions:
1. Is there any relation between FP and EAD ? (e.g. Prints appear on EAD etc)
2. Is that the right sequence in change of status:
"Card Production Ordered" followed by "Approval Notice Sent".

Hi All,
I got H1 B visa recently which has been processed by my consultant. Right now I am working in india. My current employer is asking me to go for an assignment to US with L1 Visa. My question is :
1) Do i get any problem for my current H1 visa, If I attend again to Embassy for L1.
Some of my friends are telling me that my current H1B visa will be cancelled in order to get L1 .. Please any one clarify my doubt...

Hi Guys:
I'm in a process of transfering my H1B to a new employer. I've already hired a lawyer and paid him his fee. The lawyer spoke to my employer and everything was going fine. Now, my new employer tells me that his company "froze hiring" untill further notice !?!
I'm wondering
1. Is my employer lying and why?
2. Can I somehow make my employer pay me back the money I already paid to the lawyer?

Hi Gurus,
If you look at my signature, My 485 has been transferred to TSC from NSC and AP is still stuck at NSC. I have some emergent situation back home , I have faxed the doctor certificate and called USCIS using POJ method and the guy says it might take another month. wat the *****....tried infopass..my local office doesnt have no more appointments.
My questions:
1. Can I take Infopass appointment anywhere else which is not my local office?
2. Can I apply a new 131 application at TSC as my 485 is there now?
Someone pls advise.

I am working for company A on H1 which is valid until November 2010. I would like to work for Company B on EAD, since company B would not do H1
To be on the safer side, I would to like have another H1 from company C, so that if anything happens with I-485, I can join company C on the H1.
Is this possible? Do I have to travel out of country in order to work for company C on H1?
In some of the forums I saw that, we can go to H1 from EAD as long as our H1B is unexpired. Pls let me know what you know about this.

Guys. Is this 7% country limit a hard or soft one ?. Assuming 1,40,000 total immigrant visas, India would get 7% of it and that is 9800. Then you have the preference category. Assuming there are unused immigrant visas from other countries, how do they get allocated ?. Does anyone has clear idea ?.
